Fantastic communication with owner and easy access to property. Excellent city location. Property was large with good sized kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable and well priced property. Would be perfect for a longer stay as well

Art Deco Style is amazing. So many historic details, the wall paper, furniture... Almost like a step back in time, but with all modern anemities; a cozy place. The little extras as fruit, a glass of wine, breakfast ... make you feel welcome and at home right away. Laurie, the proud and lovely host was there to welcome us and give us all the info we needed. The washing machine is a great plus.

Just A maz ING !!! What a treat to stay. A wonderful welcoming place in the centre of Napier. Close by the sea, the beach, the beautiful boulevard, the restaurants and the shops. It immediately felt like home. Esther and Tom are the most lovely hosts, you’ll may experience. Nothing is too much trouble, just perfect in every way. Esther has amazing home cooking and fresh baking available for the mornings and afternoon. They are also full of local knowledge and trivia, if you need any recommendation for visiting places in the area. The house and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Fantastic bathrooms with walk-in shower, heated floors and luxurious toiletries. So many lovely things are presented, like homemade cakes or cookies when you arrive back at home in the afternoon. Freshly made, fruit salads, cakes, jams, and bread in the morning with the choice of either cooked or continental breakfast. Drinking tea or wine in the afternoon with all sorts of freshly made nibbles. Port and chocolates at bedtime. We’ve stayed at many 5 star accomodations in the world , but this place is so much more…… Words fail us; you have to see and experience it for yourself! Therefore, we would encourage anyone visiting Napier in New Zealand to treat themselves to this quintessential experience. Our stay at this luxury accomodation, 415 Marine Parade was definitely one of the most memorable stays of our holiday in New Zealand. We loved the large comfortable bedroom/lounge, plenty of space to spread out and relax. The traditional decor gave the room enormous character and there were great views from the large windows. Each day's continental breakfast was a highlight with lots of choices and quality ingredients. We very much enjoyed talking each day over breakfast with Mike and Maree, giving us tips of places to go and aspects of NZ life. They certainly made us very welcome and extended their friendship to include us. The house is located in a lovely leafy neighborhood and close to the lovely city of Napier.
