It was different to what we’re used to ie: outdoor shower but absolutely great experience. Loved the lavender garden, the gorgeous chooks and actually it was all beautiful. We should have stayed 2 nights! One night just wasn’t enough to take in everything.

Beautiful peaceful remote location. The Lavender beds greet you as you enter the gates, quite magnificent. Cabin fully equipped , very pretty and comfortable. Set in a lovely garden with fruit trees and Mountain views. Outdoor hot tub and sauna. Hosts really helpful and welcoming. Slept really well. Amazing experience, would have loved to stay longer.

Dansey's Pass Holiday Park was such a great surprise for us. It is such a beautiful spot. We had the cabin that was next to the river and the sound of the water burbling along was lovely. We were also amazed to find deep water holes on the other side of the property - the kids loved skimming stones. We can't wait to go back for a week next time. The fire in our cabin just made the trip perfect! Especially in the rainy day.

We stayed for 2 nights with Michelle and Steve and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The B&B is a bit remote, but in a good location for trips to the elephant rocks or Oamaru. Steve and Michelle were great and generous hosts. They provided toys for our daughter to play with and were always available for a friendly chat without being intrusive. Michelle is a great cook, dinner and breakfast were both delicious.

So relaxing, the only sound being the birds. Greeted by the free range hens and feeding two lambs with bottle milk. Our temporary home was warm with a great shower and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast of cereal, yoghurt, toast, honey, tea or real coffee. Nic was a perfect host

The property was absolutely amazing .i have never been in such a building .As I was the only guest I was able to look at all the rooms which was fascinating .Breakfast was very nice in the very imposing dining room . The on suite was quirky with feels of Narnia .

Beautiful place, great hosts, very tidy. I went to kurow for business, but I definitely will be back with my family for a holiday. I wish I had more time to enjoy the place and chat with the owners. Great breackfest, by the way..
