Amazing stay with a great host. Loved to have the cottage a bit out of the way of the main road and had a great night's sleep. We were able to feed the sheep as well as getting a load of information about little river. Ans the cottage is well equipped with everything we needed.

This way above and beyond what we expected. The hosts left homemade bread for us, bacon and eggs. Everything we needed. It was such a beatiful break away from the noise of town life. We wish we were there for longer. The night sky was a dream, the neighbours were all friendly and our 5 year old made some friends. We absolutely love it.

Koromiko Cottage was delightful, in an idyllic location. The hosts were lovely - even presented us with some delicious fudge! We were extremely happy at the property and had no desire to leave. Property was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. No complaints - except the need for a sharper bread knife lol!!!. Even the sheep came to say hello

Wonderful location high above the township of Akaroa but still with easy access to go for dinner. Perfect getaway stay. A wonderful walk that includes a super cute waterfall. The cabin is modern with a great bed looking out over the view. Would highly recommend this to anyone want a private retreat.
