This is a unique and beautiful property. The attention to detail in every aspect of how the accomodation has been built and styled, including the amazing wood fired hot tub means it really lives up to its “retreat” description. Lovely unit. Great to have a kitchen and also a garage for my car. I was able to walk to my conference. Unit was very clean and I enjoyed staying there.

We arrived quite late after an evening Hobbiton tour, but Fiona kindly waited for us and cheerfully showed us around. The apartment was absolutely amazing—beautifully decorated and well-equipped, offering all the comfort we needed after a long day. The next morning, we enjoyed our coffee while taking in the peaceful farmlands surrounding us. We only wish we had more time to stay longer.
