The place is tidy and clean, with a young and dynamic atmosphere. Breakfast is included and is quite nice. I highly recommend the Bunk Bed Dormitory Room—the room is air-conditioned, the bed is comfortable, and the curtain provides privacy. The entire staff is really friendly and welcoming, especially the two guys who manage the place—Anish and Anup. They assist with everything you need and address any issue that arises. The hotel's location is about a 5–10 minute walk from the lake. It's not too close to the busy area, which makes it a great place to relax. The room and bathroom look exactly like the photos—very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Both the breakfast and room service meals were varied and delicious. The laundry service was also excellent. What impressed us the most was the service from the manager. He gave us lots of useful advice for our trip in Pokhara and arranged a reasonably priced and high-quality day tour for us. He also kept track of the best time for us to see Machapuchare (Fishtail Mountain), and thanks to his help, we were lucky enough to see it—truly grateful for that. He also booked a taxi for our airport transfer and got us plane tickets to Kathmandu. The other staff members were also extremely friendly and helpful. These were some of the happiest days of our time in Nepal. Would definitely return to Pokhara just to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend this place!

Everything :) The staff always were able to help you with anything. From negotiating cab fees to walking with you to a souvenir shop. I reached pohkara.at 12 midnight. I informed the hotel via booking.com to inform that my bus is very late. It was 12 midnight and I had someone waiting at pohkara bus stop to pick me up. AND they were extremely responsive via the chat It was reassuring :) Extremely grateful. :) The hotel is just walking distance from phewa lake. On the roof top you can see machaprae mountain if the skies are clear. From my balcony I had a view if the lake. :)

Nishan and his father are extremely kind people and they were always there to help us. The property is clean and the rooms are well-equipped. The location is also very good and we really enjoyed our stay at Nishan Apartments. There is also laundry service which is extremely helpful. On our last day we could stay the whole day in our room (after our checkout) since there was no overlap. I definitely recommend it and would gladly return. Thank you very much Nishan! :)

It is a great place to stay. Everybody is extremely nice and helpful, rooms are clean, breakfests are great. Additionally, you have got really nice garden and swimming pool, which is cleaned each day in the morning. Hotel is next to the lake, so you can do also some evening walks.
