The room was immaculate—spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for. The bed was very comfortable. I had an incredible stay at Shiva Shankara Hotel in Kathmandu! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, which made it so convenient for my daily visits. The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, offering a serene atmosphere after a day of exploring the city. The staff is exceptionally kind and always willing to help with any request, from organizing transportation to recommending local spots. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the delicious meals at the hotel’s restaurant, which offered a great mix of local and international cuisine. This hotel is spotlessly clean and a real haven amongst the energy and hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. Set back slightly from the main road it offer a little piece of solitude. The rooms are immaculate, definitely the best shower of the trip. The manager is fabulous and the staff cannot do enough for you. 100% will stay here again when in Kathmandu. Do not hesitate book this hotel.

Very clean hotel in Thamel. It is in a small street, where it is much quieter than on main streets, especially if you are lucky enough to get a room at the back end. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast with chef preparing eggs as per your preference. Extremely kind and helpful staff. We arrived in the morning, but they gave us rooms for no extra costs. They arranged airport pick-up and drop-off.

Oh my goodness!! What can I say? Our stay here was wonderful, from the first contact on Booking.com to our departure. The team are friendly, polite, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast had a nice selection with some extra options you can request. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The location, unbeatable. You are tucked away in a quiet corner at the edge of Thamel (the city center), yet, minutes walking to the hustle and bustle of the town. It's perfect. You have access to all the restaurants and shops nearby while still getting a quiet night's sleep, what's not to like? 🙏🏼 Oh and you get a free airport pick up 🤩
