Such a lovely hostel right in the heart of the Thamel but it is so peaceful and tranquil with a nice garden space. Comfortable beds/pillows with privacy curtains and sockets/lights etc. The design of the bunk beds are nice with wide steps to climb up to so doesn’t feel like a bunk at all. Spacious showers with hot water. Staff are SO nice and friendly, they are always ready to help with anything. I felt very safe here as there is a large gate locked at night and 24 hour security/night shift staff. The staff are also constantly cleaning including bathrooms. 😀 WiFi is excellent. I organised the Manaslu trek via Pramod and it was incredible. I experienced a family bereavement during the trek and the staff on the trek and in the hostel couldn’t have been nicer to me. I appreciated it so much and will never forget your kindness 🙏

The hotel is rather new, was inaugurated 2 years ago and is built according to European standards. It is located in the city centre, but in a rather busy area as everything in the Thamel district. Due to its green as well as its cleaness, you feel rejuverated when you step in because you leave behind the noice and the dust. It serves continental and american breakfast, which are really generous and the menu has european, indian, nepali dishes which are excellent. Opposite the hotel there are 3 tourist office shops where you may book excursions and also bargain the price. I booked a budha air flight to the everest for 210 USD. It was worthy because the cabin crew offers personalised explanations on the mountains and takes photos while you are close to everest; make sure you select a left side seat on the aircraft in order to have more time gaizing the Everest. Also, going out of the hotel alley to the street- on the left- there is a currency exchange where you may change money and bargain a bit the rate. The hotel is highly recommended for people with mobility issues as it lacks steps, has and elevator and the corridor to the restaurant is reclined. The airport taxi costs 10USD approximately, however if you book it from the application 'indrive' it is about 500 rupies. The staff is friendly, proficient in English and do their best to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Oh my goodness!! What can I say? Our stay here was wonderful, from the first contact on Booking.com to our departure. The team are friendly, polite, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast had a nice selection with some extra options you can request. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The location, unbeatable. You are tucked away in a quiet corner at the edge of Thamel (the city center), yet, minutes walking to the hustle and bustle of the town. It's perfect. You have access to all the restaurants and shops nearby while still getting a quiet night's sleep, what's not to like? 🙏🏼 Oh and you get a free airport pick up 🤩
