We fell in love with this place! Beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, perfect small terraces that each room has. Stunning view of the fjord and mountains from your terrace or while having a breakfast on beautiful green lawn. Everything is well ordered and perfectly clean. We were really upset to leave the place next morning. Even if you have a very busy travel plan, it is highly recommended to spend at least 2 nights at this beautiful property.

Beautifully restored traditional old hotel. We had the top floor suite. Very spacious and comfortable. Absolutely wonderful receptionist…couldn’t be more helpful.

Just a beautiful house. We were placed in the house behind the restaurant. It is like living in your own home. The restaurant manager , a Brazilian lady, was just chirpy and accommodating. The place is about 6kms from Valdall town enroute to trollstigen. Should try the sponge cake with strawberry sauce….not sweet!!!!

Everything was perfect! Very clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Beautiful surroundings with mountain landscape. Easy to visit Geiranger, Trollstigen and Ålesund from there.

All the things are fantastic when we finally reached the place and Marit waited for us till late night. She's very warmful to guide us the room tour and with a lovely dog. Especially for stuffs in kitchen are impeccable🤗🤗 Will highly recommend to others to Stranda stay😄

This is an incredible accommodation for snowboarding in Strandafjellet. We felt right at home and it had everything we needed. The bus stop was right outside the house. Buses were always on time according to the schedule (I recommend the FRAM phone app, you can buy cheaper tickets than you get if you buy on the bus). The Kiwi and Rema supermarkets are both a short walk away. The kitchen had everything we needed including a good size fridge and a freezer. The bed was soft, the shower was excellent and the TV is large. The views are beautiful. The living space is a good size with a great sofa and there is a well placed bench in the hallway by the front door for taking off your boots.
