Overall a very nice place outside of typical tourist areas. This is a good place if you want to enjoy quiet time and have all the amenities of a modern home available. The host is very active to make sure everything is fine. There are a couple of hiking trails nearby and sandy beaches. Also many good fishing spots if fishing from shore.

Sometimes you find yourself at home in a completely foreign place... I stayed 5 nights and every day was special - be it a little trip to Tromsø, an evening around the fire in the grill hut or walking the dog in the knee deep snow. This place offers something serene and very peaceful. Since I stayed the days just before Christmas, I got to know the whole family and everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming - just as the home itself. Beautiful, cozy rooms that allowed me to sleep like a baby. An inviting living room to work, read, play the piano or make art. A well equipped kitchen for you to cook all the meals you'd like. I don't know what else to say, it's been one of my favourite places I've ever stayed at and I'm grateful for ending up here. Thank you Signe, thank you Charlotte and thank you to the family for making my time at 3ART a memory I will cherish for years to come ❤️

This is the most amazing place I've ever stayed at. Johan is the best host! The place is super nice and cozy, everything is perfect. Snow equipment is at disposal so we went for the walk in the mountain nearby with snowshoes and were able to see the northern lights! There are no words to say how much I would recommand this place!! So do yourself a favor and book a room for some unforgettable memories!

I came in the main buildings (Finnvikhaugen rooms) in 2022, and it was already perfect. I came back this year with my parents. They rented Morud, the new tiny house built by Johan. It was, again, PERFECT. Unbelievable equipments, accomodations, coffee... Everything was perfect. The new restaurant of Johan opened in the 2024 summer season looks incredible aswell.

Featuring a sauna, Visit Leif at Senja is set in Gibostad. The property features lake and garden views.

If you come to Senja, you must stay here! The room is very cozy, comfortable and clean, well-equipped and very warm. There is a parking space, which is very convenient. The owner responded promptly and the instructions were very clear. In the yard is a very good location to watch and photograph the aurora. We were very lucky to catch the aurora explosion, which was very shocking. It is very cold at night in winter, and you can go back to the house to warm up immediately after watching the aurora. The view is very good, and the scenery on the other side of the window is also very good. It takes ten minutes to walk to the seaside. It is a quiet and comfortable town. It takes about half an hour to drive to Hasten/Segla and hike, and about 50 minutes to the viewing point along the way to Senja Island, but the scenery on the road is very good and the location is very convenient.

Yggdrasil Farmhotel Retreat, Spa & Yoga is located on Kvaløya island, 50-minutes drive from central Tromsø. Free WiFi access is available at the farm.
