We stayed for 2 days in this charming house and loved it! It is very clean, the beds are super comfortable. The host is welcoming and kind. It is also close to the Atlantic Ocean Road. We recommend booking if you’re looking for a peaceful stay in the area. You won’t be disappointed! PS: We loved the piano!!

We really appreciate that we have our own bath and toilet in our cabin! I think all of their cabins have their own! The place is perfectly located along the main road but still quiet and peaceful! It's only 15 minutes drive to the center of Åndalsnes! When we came there was no one in the reception but a phone number was available. Soon the owner came and gave us our keys. The staff were also accommodating, smiling and ready to attend to whatever we need. The shared kitchen was another great facility in this camping.

Overlooking the Romsdal Alps, Gjerdset Turistsenter offers apartments and cottages with a furnished balcony or terrace. Åndalsnes town centre is 18 km away.

We booked a house for 4 persons and a barrel for 2 persons. Host was waiting for us to give us bed linen and towels. This was after official check in time. Towels and bed linen are for rent for additional price 80 NOK per person. House and barrel were clean and warm. There is electical heating system installed. Kitchen was well equipped, we were able to prepare our meal. View from the windows was spectacular. There is waterfall in the place, you could hear the distant sound of it all the time.

Really nice stay for us. Older but very clean and cute cabins….nice place quite close to the airport and sea…a little bit colder but heater is in there and its good temperature for sleeping. Good tv. Water prepared on the table. Thank you for our stay :)
