We loved to stay at those wonderful rooms. The owner put so much love in every detail. And the owner is so warm-hearted and welcoming. He prepared the tracks for crosscountry skiing and snowshoe hiking for us, he told us when the northern lights appear, and we had very good talks and an amazing time with him. We are still so flashed by our experience we had at this wonderful place. And we miss it a lot already. This made our travels to Norway an amazing experience.

I had a tremendous winter stay experience at Malangen Resort ! The location is peaceful and is full of remarkable natural landscapes. The staff is really nice and always available. Activities are easy to book and handled by passionate guides. The food is delicious and diverse from breakfast to dinner.

Sometimes you find yourself at home in a completely foreign place... I stayed 5 nights and every day was special - be it a little trip to Tromsø, an evening around the fire in the grill hut or walking the dog in the knee deep snow. This place offers something serene and very peaceful. Since I stayed the days just before Christmas, I got to know the whole family and everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming - just as the home itself. Beautiful, cozy rooms that allowed me to sleep like a baby. An inviting living room to work, read, play the piano or make art. A well equipped kitchen for you to cook all the meals you'd like. I don't know what else to say, it's been one of my favourite places I've ever stayed at and I'm grateful for ending up here. Thank you Signe, thank you Charlotte and thank you to the family for making my time at 3ART a memory I will cherish for years to come ❤️

Overall a very nice place outside of typical tourist areas. This is a good place if you want to enjoy quiet time and have all the amenities of a modern home available. The host is very active to make sure everything is fine. There are a couple of hiking trails nearby and sandy beaches. Also many good fishing spots if fishing from shore.

When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with the property and the hospitality with a bottle of sparkling to settle us in. The property is situated up from the coast line, giving beautiful views of the water and, most of all, the mountains! The apartment is stunning and luxuriously fitted with all modern conveniences such as underfloor heating, fully fitted kitchen, super speaker for Bluetooth connectivity, and netflix. The bathroom is beautiful, and absolutely luxurious shampoo , conditioner, and body wash were supplied! Outside, the garden is big enough to sit and capture the views and the northern lights! The bus stop is right outside, meaning you can easily visit Tromso (or venture further afield). Bus timetables are available online and are frequent and seem to not run on Sundays. Hiring a car isn't necessarily a must at all. The owners answered any queries very quickly and were very lovely hosts. We love Tromso, and we will definitely stay here again.
