Absolutely perfect arrived at night and was pleasantly greeting by and amazing reception couldn't do enough great local advice and help! Woke up to the most stunning surroundings and delightful breakfast! An amazing stay and a real credit to norwegian hospitality!

Absolutely amazing 2 night stay!! We stayed in a cabin overlooking the beautiful Ålvundfjorden bay! The cabin itself had everything we needed - 2 comfortable beds, 2 stoves/oven, coffee filter machine, table and large decking area and access to a large bbq. There is 2 toilet/shower blocks close by, with powerful hot showers and was really clean, there is also access to a washing machine/tumble dryer. The Owner was so friendly and welcoming, he was always available to help/answer and questions and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this campsite, and just wish we had booked longer!!! We loved sitting out on the decking with a cold beer watching the stunning sunset right in the middle of the Fjord!!! Perfect!!!

The lodge itself looks even more beautiful in real life. The room was stunning with an amazing view to the surrounding mountains. It was clean, warm, cosy and had a “home” feeling. The whole experience from arriving, to staying and leaving was great! Jon and Adrian were super accommodating and helpful, giving us a personal tour of the property and surrounding history. The hiking trails were spectacular. We cannot thank both of them enough for the awesome experience and will definitely come back again.

We liked the beautifull view every morning, aswell as the nice hikeing tips from the host, but our higlight was the fishing from the boat with a nice fishing place not far away, because of that we often could eat fresh fish.
