Our stay at this homestay was truly excellent, far beyond our expectations. The spacious layout and homely atmosphere made us feel extremely comfortable, as if we were in our own home. The house was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. Really friendly, hard working and down to earth family who want to make your stay as good as possible. The location is amazing and you can truly disconnect if you'd like. You can also find a balance and enjoy being in the middle of nowhere by the sea yet have wifi to still call your family or do some work. It's the best balance. The cabins are right on the beach so we spent most of our time chilling outside on the beds watching the sea, listening to music and sometimes cooling off by going for a quick dip. It's like a little disconnected paradise.

Hidden away this was an absolute gem of a place - total luxury in a quote location back from the beach (only 2 min walk). Plenty of space for family of 5, large Ned rooms with fan and AC, clean bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and of course the pool - magical. The on-site team of staff were very attentive, each morning breakfast was prepared for us to order, whilst the pool was cleaned and the garden racked and tidied - couldn’t fault the service.

So far this has been the best homestay where we have been staying in Sabah. We booked for one night and ended up staying almost a week. The location is stunning, the rooms are facing a pristine ocean. We swam more than once to the reef right in front of the place. Owner and family are very friendly and they are doing so much to preserve the reef. If you have a chance make them a donation on their found, their planting corals and doing a great job. Breakfast is included and you can have coffee, tea and water all day. They also rent scooter, snorkel and fins and cook lunch and dinner for you if you want to. In this secluded place you'll find all what you need!

Very good location, a few restaurants nearby but remember that I got there by scooter from Kota Kinabalu. Very helpful and nice staff. You can safely leave your scooter. They provided me with an additional plug adapter. Comfortable bed, TV. Very clean, plenty of space in the room. The hotel is a bit old (maybe 80') and you can see signs of wear and tear in places. But because of that it has an amazing atmosphere, as if you were in a movie from that time somewhere in Asia in a hotel, it's hard to describe but the feeling is extraordinary. I really recommend it, it's just an ordinary hotel but I would gladly stay a bit longer for this atmosphere ;).

The house is straight out of a fairy tale. The staff were the most hospitable out of the many, many places I have stayed in. The location is surrounded by nature, there are quad bikes you can take out and hammocks to lie in and relax too! If you get a chance to stay here, do yourself a favour and come - 1st to review on booking.com and am beyond happy the gamble paid off. Thank you for the incredible memories guys.
