We loved the apartment! It was the best we had stayed in Malaysia! Most aesthetic! The wooden dining table, coffee table, the side tables and the wood art on the wall were a feast for the eyes!. The Kitchen was fully equipped with all that was needed ,the washing machine had the washing liquid detergent provided provided, so were tea and coffee sachets. The apartment was impeccably clean! The view from.tbe balcony were two coconut palms , the swimming pool and a bit of the beach! The location is two minutes walk to the beach from the apartment on one side and the street with restaurants, a mini grocery store, and other souvenir stalls . The building has its own Lebanese Restaurant ,too! The night street with food stalls open every evening on this street! And there is a fire show every evening on the beach exactly opposite the building at around 7.30 pm. The apartment was impeccably clean! A delight to live in! The best apartment we have stayed in during our summer vacation in Malaysia!

Spacious house with 5rooms, each room can stay 3 persons, 3rd floor is a pan house, can fit in 6-7 persons. There is total 6 extra large queen bed and four sofa bed whole house can fit in 19-20 persons. Kitchen with basic cooking facilities, fridge and kettle. Tableware is provided for big group of people. 5 min driving distance to the beach and night market and 5 min walking distance to reach the mini market. There is malay food stall near by. Contact the customer service at 11pm because accidentally has keyed in the wrong code for the door lock and immediately get attended. My family and i was very satisfied with our stay. Will choose the same home stay for our next visit to Batu Ferringhi.

The owner was brilliant. Super friendly and the children loved their stay. A family of 5 and couldn’t find any fault at all. Any request was answered within minutes. Good location at the beach, big car parking lot, nice views, great pools. You can find a lot of restaurants around the hotel area.

The room was spacious and clean. Easy access to the swimming pool and car park. Perhaps could provide free parking and allow hotel guests to play the games for free
