Perfect place on the way to/out of Isla Holbox. Very comfortable, cozy, clean, just perfect cottages. The staff is super helpful. 100 % the best option in the city. Supermarket and a nice local restaurant is nearby and the ferry is in walking distance.

The hotel is very comfortable and the interior is beautiful. The bedrooms are a good size with great air conditioning and the shared kitchen and dining area is such a nice and useful space. Georgina is a really welcoming host; she's so kind and helpful.

I really like the vibe of this place and the type of travelers it attracts. Being mainly a camping (with one dorm) the atmosphere is chilled and laid back. Well organized regarding the cooking spaces and food storages.Mainly solo travelers and cozy communal spaces made very easy to meet people from the first day. Staff is friendly and accomodating. On one night Damian, the owner, also made barbecue for everybody, which I found a very nice touch

My friend and I had such a lovely stay in Villas Palmars. The staff are pleasant, helpful and very obliging. Our room was ready when we arrived, even though we were a bit early. We were also able to keep our room until we left for our ferry, which was nearly an hour extra. The room was cleaned daily, and the whole hotel is kept so clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. There was a fridge and a coffee machine in the family room. Pool towels are provided. The hotel is a 6 minute walk to the beach. The pool area is also lovely, with loungers around it and there is an area with hammocks. Everything was perfect!
