Fabulous hotel in a great location. The rooftop pool is beautiful, and the hotel itself is lovely. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect and I would highly recommend booking a high floor with a balcony as the views are so nice. Free parking too, which was great. Overall, 5 stars.

The hotel is well located, in a quiet area. The breakfast is very varied and tasty. There are halal options which was a big plus for us. The staff is friendly, always available and helpful. Each evening, when we returned to the hotel, the room was cleaned and towels changed. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to go to Valletta, but you can also take the public transport bus (tallinja), either from stations located at 15 minutes from the hotel, or from a small station at 6 minutes walk.

First the most important: the room and other facilities (common dining room, hall, stairs) were spotless! The private gated parking was invaluable. All my requests and questions were responded to positively and quickly (e.g. availability of late check-out). The kitchen had a hob, kettle, and fridge. Air-con worked well. Terrace on the roof, (e.g. for drying) is accessible. Room was attended to daily; towels aplenty. This was my second visit and I will be back.

There is private parking. free tea and coffee and biscuits downstairs and genuinely kind staff, who, whilst brusque, did genuinely want to help even when there was nothing they could do. We were offered a free breakfast after our stovetop was found to be broken too late for us to cook our supper. We did not take up the offer as we had been up since dawn (see note below) but it was a kind offer. (Stovetop was replaced for the second night)

The room and other facilities (common dining room) were spotless. The private gated parking was invaluable. The help I got when a fuse blew was instant. The check-in on New Year's Day was no problem although the place was officially closed.
