Great location. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the residence was exceptional. Rooms were clean and stylish. Breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. We were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Our stay at this seaside hotel in Ulcinj was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and welcoming, cleanliness was top-notch, and the room was comfortable and cozy. An excellent stay. The sunsets with a sea view were incredible. The balcony was simply magnificent. Breakfast was so amazing that words can't fully express our admiration. Although the rooftop pool wasn't operational, it didn't detract from our enjoyment at all. It’s a wonderfully quiet and pleasant place. The staff was very welcoming and extremely polite, treating us like very good friends. Let me mention breakfast again; it was simply delightful. The swimming area is picturesque and secluded. The hotel has its own parking. We were recommended a wonderful restaurant that deserves the highest rating. We are very grateful for the warm hospitality of the hosts. We will return again if possible next year.

Now I know what my ideal happy place looks like. The view, the hot tub, every little detail about the house was perfect. And the fooood! We ordered homemade dinner as an extra and it was indescribably fantastic (mixed grill, peppers and salad). Also, the owners let us treat ourselves to whatever berries and fruit we find in their garden and it was as if we came to datcha of my childhood. Daria, Damir and Damir's father did an amazing job of creating a perfect retreat place - the kind you start missing before you even leave it.

We visited this Hotel on New Year. It was amazing! Personal was very friendly! The room was very nice. Furniture and facilities was high level. Our windows overlooked the see. Breakfast was substantial and very testy as dishes at the Restaurant. Also we very liked spa.

Place was excellent, very calm area with great free parking spot in the backyard. Nice view on the river from balcony. Comfortable and good size beds. Beach is close to the apartment, around 5 minute walk. Lot of restaurants and markets around. Big balcony is a plus.
