Location: If you’d rather avoid staying in the crowded city but still want easy access to it for food and entertainment, the location is perfect. It’s in a peaceful, local neighborhood and very close to the sea. Cleanliness: The house was exceptionally clean. Everything—from the kitchen to the bathroom—was spotless and felt very fresh. Bed linens and towels were perfectly clean and smelled lovely. Amenities: There’s a parking space, and the kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, and more. Both balconies have seating and loungers to relax. Host: The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She had prepared a cheese platter and drinks for our arrival. When my husband got sick during our stay, she brought us medicine and homemade food, and showed such genuine care. I would definitely love to stay at her place again.

When booking the apartment, we wondered if it actually looks as good as it does in the pictures. Turns out it looks even better in real life. A beautiful apartment with a huge terrace with a fabulous view. (Coffee on the terrace tasted exceptional). Perfectly equipped, very clean apartment, we lacked nothing. Perfect contact with the host. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable beds and two comfortable bathrooms. The apartment is located in a quiet, charming town. Close to the beach, and a nice swimming pool available. Close to shops and great restaurants. Parking right under the apartment. We wish we could stay forever :)

We stayed at Ruska Vila in Kotor as a big family, renting 3 apartments for 5 nights. For the price, it was a very good value — affordable, especially for such a large group. Our hosts, Ruska and her husband Zarco, were truly lovely people. Even though we didn’t share a common language, it was a wonderful chance to connect with another culture. They were kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The apartments are not luxury and don’t have every facility, but they fully met our simple needs. For us, that was more than enough. The location is peaceful, close to the sea, and very nice for a relaxing stay. We are very happy with our experience and grateful to our hosts.

I didn't try the breakfast but the placement was fantastic, the view around is breathtaking. I traveled by car but I saw busses passing the hotel many taimes so to get to Kotor or Tivat by bus should not be a problem

The view from the hotel room was amazing. It’s a great bonus that the hotel has a swimming pool and parking space. The staff is friendly, and the beds are comfortable. Plus, the breakfast is tasty! Just notice, there is no elevator.

Out of the hysteria of Kotor, nice easy vibe, quiet and peaceful with great views of the bay and free parking. Dinner was good, the breakfast spread was sumptuous. I had one happy night here, recommend for couples or solo travelers.

Great location near the old town. Free parking. We were located in the secondary building, but the main one is in front of the sea and looks at the bay. Attractive and well-maintained facilities.

Everything was great, the room, the location in front of the sea. Excellent restaurant and breakfast in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Good parking lot behind the structure.

It was in-front of a sectioned off public swimming area which was great. Large rooms and ok breakfast. Free parking for guest which is a bonus.
