This place is a gem. We had our second visit to Perast in the same week. Had a wonderful stay. The garden and the pool with the view to the sea and the Kotor bay is very nice. Just a small step down the the city of Perast. We had our normal lunch at the best pizzaplace in Perast - Bocalibre.

The apartment was excellent, spacious and clean with everything you needed there. It has the most spectacular views of Perast from its own private and spacious balcony. There's also a larger balcony and outside lounging area on the lower floor with views just as beautiful and great company from the hosts. The hosts, Jovo and his family were so nice and accommodating and we learnt a lot from them about the area. I would highly recommend Bella Vista Zmukic and we won't hesitate to book it again.

This stay exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the studio apartment with the terrace and it is even better than in the photos. (If you want the terrace though, you have to make sure you select “studio apartment with terrace” when making your booking.) The apartment is bigger than it seems, perfectly well equipped and clean. And the experience of waking up and seeing the whole Bay of Kotor laid out in front of you through the huge windows facing the bed, is unmatched. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous, spacious and equipped with laying chairs as well as a set of garden chairs and a table (ideal for having your meals or coffee with a perfect view). It is peaceful and private, especially if you lock the gate (to which you get the key). The view from the terrace is unreal and absolutely worth the stairs. All this aside, however, the best part of this stay for us were definitely our hosts. Vesna and Novak are some of the kindest and warmest people you will ever come across. They are always willing to help and they are full of great recommendations; just feel free to ask them. (Speaking of, make sure to book a private boat tour of the Bay they recommend; it is a wonderful experience and the guide is absolutely lovely). They live just a few stairs away so they are very easy to reach. If you don’t have a car, Novak is a great and reliable driver who will take you anywhere you need to go, for a very fair price. If you are coming with a car, however, the parking is just above the apartments, by the street, which is super convenient as there aren’t many parking spots in Perast. To sum up, you won’t find a better place in Perast, that’s for sure. 😊 We will definitely be coming back to this very apartment whenever we are in the area.

The apartment has a magnificent vista from the terrace over the bay. Located in the center of Perast, within easy reach of small stores and restaurants. The parking place just above was useful, as the parking lot at the end of Perast was continously full.

Incredible location. Step outside the door and jump into the sea. Perast itself is utterly beautiful and away from the maddening tourist crowds of Kotor and other areas of the bay. Anna looked after us incredibly well. She was so helpful and responsive every step to the way organizing massages, car parking, restaurant recommendations etc. Centrally located in the bay for day trips to other towns.

An excellent location - free parking above the apartment just off the main road and an easy walk down a few stairs to the apartment. The hosts live downstairs and are exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. The view from the apartment balcony is incredible - the best. There are quite a lot of steps down to the town, but we found them relatively easy. Perast is a delightful, charming village and is the best place to stay to be out of busy Kotor (which is easily accessible via local Blue Line bus). Beautiful eateries along the waterfront too.

The location is excellent and close to all amenities with a stunning view of Kotor Bay. The apartment is modern, nicely decorated and super clean. Parking nearby was a bonus - just be warned that you have to tackle a few sets of stairs from the carpark to the complex.
