Our time at Apartmani Maja was delightful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Bar. From the very beginning, our experience was fantastic. Maja greeted us personally at the train station in the morning. The apartment was spacious for the two of us but would also be perfect for a family of four. We especially appreciated the bathroom equipped with a washing machine - a lifesaver after two weeks of traveling. One of the highlights was the magnificent view from the terrace; we loved our meals outside while admiring the beautiful sunsets. While the location is near a busy road, we were aware of this in advance and didn't mind the noise. The apartments are situated on the outskirts of Bar, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city centre. We visited in early October, which meant we had to walk to the beaches in the centre but we didn’t mind the stroll. In the summer, there are beaches much closer to the apartments, making it even more convenient for visitors. On the last day, Maja organised for us an affordable airport transfer which worked very well. We hope to return there one day in future!

Very clean apartment within walking distance from the sea. There is also a fairly large parking lot with a barrier near the building. There are all necessary household appliances, new and in good condition. The furniture is also good. The owner is very responsive. Apartment on two floors. On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa and a kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious terrace overlooking the mountains and a bit of the sea. On the second there is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower We recommend it to everyone

I travel by train, and solo, and this was a good place to stay. If I were travelling by car with family I would be ecstatic (because car parking and access plus extra bed in room). Also cutlery, sink, kettle and cups so a bit of self catering is possible. So it was really good for me, and would be even better suited for some. Hosts were helpful and friendly. There was an A/C issue with my room when I arrived -- the owner got a repairman out that day, so I thought that was really good.

The hotel room was spacious, clean and the balcony had a beautiful sea view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they went out of their way to help us and were probably the friendliest hotel staff we have encountered. Breakfast was simple but very delicious and had different traditional pastries every day. Parking is available and we were always able to find many free slots. Accessing the parking lot might be difficult for beginner drivers.

The accommodation was probably one of the best that Bar has to offer. The location is excellent, the apartment is surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and the beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The parking lot is in front of the entrance to the building. The apartment is clean, modern and offers everything you need for a few days' vacation. A big thanks also goes to the host for her kindness and hospitality.

Big apartment in a local neighbourhood, well equipped with complete kitchen. Free parking in front. Little terrace in the afternoon sun to enjoy the view from above. Best way to get to the old city from there is with your car and use the 0,60€/h parking in town which is 4 km away.
