The hotel is run by a kind and humble man named Dulip, who really made our stay memorable. He took the time to explain everything, especially how to navigate local transport, and even offered to drop us off at the bus station for free. The hotel itself was beautifully clean, with a peaceful, forest-like atmosphere that made it so relaxing. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and biscuits, which was a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home.

It was one of my best stays in Sri Lanka! The host is extremely nice, friendly and thoughtful! I got sunstroke before I arrived and there was even a thermometer in the villa! The host has a lovely smile and is a great cook - I had one of the best sambols in Sri Lanka over there! I even got a present from the host cause she makes some art you can see in the villa which btw was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Everything worked properly. You get a western standard for the Sri Lankan price.

The location is absolutely amazing, set right in and amongst the tea fields. The view is spectacular and it is very peaceful. The property is very unique and the furnishings are very nice, with lots of space and comfort. Saman and his team are very attentive, providing excellent personalized service and cater to any needs.. The food was very very good, with a great variety and the hot rock meal was great fun!

Very nice ambiance. Old kolonial style but very neat and well maintained. Only 5 rooms, so very cosy. Large rooms with nice beds. Great view on the surrounding hills. Very kind personel. Fast responding to my changing plans and questions. Good price for a nice rice and curry dinner.
