We had the best time! The property was great and the air con worked well! There was enough privacy as we were round the corner from the house. The family were really lovely and kind people and they made us very welcome. They also both spoke very good English. They cooked a very delicious breakfast which we LOVED. They also kindly rented us bikes and drove us to Arugam bay at the end of our stay for a very good price. Thanks!

The time spent here was absolutely wonderful. First of all, exceptional service, they really take care of a person here as if they were a special guest. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the general manager, is interested, smiles at you, and has a pleasant conversation with you. The area itself, the restaurant, the accommodation, and the equipment of the tent were charming and gave us a feeling of well-being, relaxation, and exceptionality. I have never enjoyed a shower as much as during this stay, being able to shower in the open air every morning, in the embrace of living nature, was an unforgettable pleasure. I wish everyone to experience that someone takes care of you like this, is interested in your comfort, and does their best every day so that you can enjoy your vacation at Karpaha Sands to the fullest. It's was one of the best places we stayed at in all of srilanka. The rooms was perfect for 2 people with an extra large bed. The ac was a welcome addition in the hot afternoon temperatures. It's a short walking distance to the beach and would highly recommend for their wide open spaces in front of every room and even though there were other guests we barely felt cramped. The two kids with us really appreciated the large garden but because it was hot we mainly sat back and enjoyed the views. Usha and her team were so sweet we almost decided to stay back in Pasikudah only because we felt at home. Best place ever! Great value for money and no doubt we will return.

We stayed in the cabin which was massive and extremely comfortable. Great bed, fridge, shower was ok too. Lovely balcony. The remoteness suited us. Probably better if u have transport as you are a bit isolated but food and drink are available. The rustic beach has poop on it from the cows and goats that pass but it didn’t offend us, we liked watching them. Great to watch the fishermen too. We loved it.

The place was really comfortable, the room was big even with 3 people inside. Each room has their own balcony which is nice to hang out. You can order food at the guest house it is really tasty and good value for money. One of the beaches is 20 minutes away by walking and the other one 30 minutes. Next to the hotel there is a little shop/ restaurant if you want to eat outside or need water.
