This is the perfect place to land after a long flight. The environment is calm with a nice garden and the sound of birds in the morning. But even better is the hospitality of the hosts. Such a lovely family! They helped us out in every way they could, even before we had arrived at their place. Also, Eranda took us to a nice and quiet temple in his tuktuk. And Anusha makes wonderful meals! We could not have wished for a better start in Sri Lanka. Also convenient: the train station is close by.

One of our favourite places in Sri Lanka. On the road to Kandy lies a perfect little place with great facilities. The food is amazing (we also got some extra, fresh jackfruit during the afternoon), the staff is very friendly, the bed is great, shower lovely, the Wifi quick, communication swift, and it's affordable. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The hosts are super kind and lovely people. They greeted us with a drink, helped carry our backpacks, ordered food for us and prepared a delicious breakfast. Additionally, they arranged transportation to our next destination. The place is very clean as well. If we are in the area again, we will definitely return.
