The room was neat and bathroom clean enough. The caretaker Pereira was extremely helpful. There is no breakfast or food service, plates and cutlery are available. The family room was spacious, a double bed in 1 room and a single bed in the other smaller portion. Quiet and good for sleep.

The washroom wasn’t clean, and there were no towels. If these facilities were provided, the stay would have been much better.

We had an incredible two-night stay with our family at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect! They generously upgraded our room free of charge, which made our experience even more special. The rooftop pool was absolutely breathtaking, offering a mesmerizing and picturesque view that left us in awe. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

Host is very helpful. I had a bag of laundry and he made sure that it is taken care of so I could go and discover the city. The facility is super nice, quiet but still easily accessible. It is easy to feel like home, lots of spots to relax and recharge.

Everything was just perfect!! We stayed in Kandy during the heavy rains 11/25 for 4 days and the hotel staff - although the had to work non-stop - took such good care of us. It’s just incredible how they kept things working (not only electricity, hot water supply, but also exceptional service at any time). It was a national tragedy but this hotel was the best place we could have wished to stay. We can totally recommend this luxury und outstanding accommodation!!
