We had a lovely stay here for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. You could tell the place had been recently renovated. On top of that the staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed (e.g. providing extra towels)

The time spent here was absolutely wonderful. First of all, exceptional service, they really take care of a person here as if they were a special guest. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the general manager, is interested, smiles at you, and has a pleasant conversation with you. The area itself, the restaurant, the accommodation, and the equipment of the tent were charming and gave us a feeling of well-being, relaxation, and exceptionality. I have never enjoyed a shower as much as during this stay, being able to shower in the open air every morning, in the embrace of living nature, was an unforgettable pleasure. I wish everyone to experience that someone takes care of you like this, is interested in your comfort, and does their best every day so that you can enjoy your vacation at Karpaha Sands to the fullest.
