Retreat Luxury Eco Resort in Kandy. From the warm welcome to the exceptional hospitality, everything was top-notch. The owner, Chaminda, personally welcomed us and escorted us to the property, which was such a thoughtful gesture. During our stay, we enjoyed two amazing treks and had the most refreshing bath in the natural waterfall pool – a truly unforgettable experience! The food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. This place is a true gem, and I would recommend it a thousand times over!

Rajiva was an excelllent host and guid. We spent here magnificent three days. The surrounding tea plantations and mountains have amazing views. The area is very authentic without many tourists, but with friendly local people, beautiful nature and lot of wild birds. The accommodation is very comfortable, beds as well. The balcony view is the best, we loved good breakfast with this view. The owner arranged for us transport to the next destination. Once again, thanks a lot Rajiva.

Amazing stay. We had the best experience. The staff made our stay perfect. Very safe and comfortable. The room was clean, no insects, beautiful balcony over looking a stream. Best experience in Sri Lanka. The host made us a feast for breakfast and a packed lunch for our trek. Delicious food and perfect host. Better experience here than in Kandy. He offered to arrange transfers and treks for us. He couldn’t have done more of us, it was like staying with family ❤️ thank you for having us

Serenity Villa is amazing. The people will do anything they can to help, despite the language barrier. They were so helpful, friendly, attentive, kind and happy. They even helped to arrange a private Ayurvedic massage for my wife and I last the house. The property is nicely laid out, the garden well maintained and the food is fantastic (the owner is an experienced chef who worked in 5-star hotels for 20 years). We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity and if/when we come back to this part of the world, will eagerly stay here again. Highly recommend.
