I loved my stay at La Playa, I wished I was there more days! The rooms are simply beautiful and stylish. Food at the restaurant was very tasty. I loved their pizza and fresh juices. The staff was very helpful and kind!

So many things to love about this place! Our family of four (2 kids; 5yo and 3yo) stayed for 10 days in the family room (with 2 big beds) and we had the most amazing time. The location is second to none - just a few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes further to all the best cafes and restaurants. Nadeeka and her husband are incredibly kind and were wonderful hosts, always ready to help with anything we needed. They helped us with surfboard rental, tuk tuk rental, airport transfers...even little things like letting us dry our towels on the main washing lines and showing us local shortcuts. The room was much bigger than we expected, and super comfortable. We barely used the AC and although the beds are fitted with mosquito nets, we barely needed to use them which was a pleasant surprise. There are mosquitos and other creepy crawlies outside though. We also loved the semi-outdoor bathroom and having a small kitchen attached to the room just made life easier (the cafe was not opened yet while we were there). Overall we loved our stay at Jungle Escape and will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Belika! We spent 2 nights and loved it so much that we wanted to extend, but unfortunately the place was fully booked up. The room has a fun layout with an amazing view over the ocean. The breakfast was so tasty and the iced coffee was the best!! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Great location 5-7 min walk away from Hiriketiya beach but secluded enough for a totally peaceful experience.

While you are still really close to the beach and town. Just 5 minutes walk 🤩. The owner is very nice and they have a sweet dogs and a cat 🐈🐾

From the service, to the room, the hotel itself and the location, everything was PERFECT. Also the breakfast was incredible, from eggs, to Sri Lankan pancakes, fruits... everything the heart desires!The owner of the hotel is one of the sweetest and most hospitable people we have met in Sri Lanka.
