I had a wonderful stay at Royal Lion in Galagadara. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and clean, with stunning mountain views that make your stay feel peaceful and relaxing. The food was also delicious — freshly prepared and full of flavor. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Kandy area who wants a calm and cozy experience with great hospitality!

The place is very special and unique. The rooms are amazing, comfortable and with fantastic outdoor seating to a great view. The pool is beyond magical and the surroundings are surreal and super calm and relaxing. It is a very special boutique experience that we strongly recommend. Beautiful residence charged with history. We were greeted very warmly and the hotel staff were available at any time, with manager Angelo giving us personal recommendations and tips to make the most of our stay, even offering transport and further bookings, without being pushy. The hotel is quiet and generally used for functions so we were the only guests and received undivided attention.
