A very nice and comfortable place to stay. A gem of a place very close to Batticaloa. We spent a few nights there. It was very nice. The staff there are also very nice. The plastic on the beach there really bothered us. We are just mentioning it here. It is not their fault. The municipal council there should take responsibility for this.

We loved everything here. Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, they are caring, they do everything for you to feel good and have the best experience. They spot every detail for you. The chef deserves a micheline star. The food experience was delicious. It is the perfect place to recharge. Thank you to the staff of kalkudah beach house for making this place a wonderful moment for us.

Coastal Villa, Kallady homestay was a lovely, beautiful, and peaceful place to stay. The roof is covered with the greenery bougainvillaea over it. It was an awesome luxury stay with delicious homemade food, well maintained spacious room, and bathroom spotless. The owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. My kind note as an advice to the guests who will visit the Coastal Villa. It is my opinion to share. I have read some scandalous allegations of reviewers against Coastal Villa and for its owners, and I am not in a position to believe these lies at all honestly. They provided me with homemade delicious food that I have wanted and ordered. Within the time, the host Suzan and her husband had prepared my food at the appointed time and the food was so delicious and hot there was no disappointment within my stay. I was advised by the host where I could visit the places during my stay, and visited sites so amazing. I highly recommend this place candidly and will definitely visit again. Thanks a lot for Coastal Villa, Kallady - Batticaloa.

The owners were super friendly, helped us with everything and arranged a tuktuk for us in the morning. They speak very good English. We had a nice conversation with them and they also made a special tea for us. The room is clean and walk distance from beach and few restaurants. It was good stay for us on our way to the south. Can recommend!
