Clean, Quietly, Air Conditioner, mosquitonet, very clean bedroom, no bad smell look like new. Bad changes and laundry ( need to ask) Very nice and helpful personal, good location to any spot and infrastructure in state but Quilty so you can enjoy rest of day. Will be booking again.

Our family had an amazing 4 nights staying with the incredibly generous Jazz and his wife. They cooked us a beautiful local meal which we shared with another family who were staying and introduced us to great local eating spots. Location was perfect, away from the main party zone but close enough to walk down and get amongst. The leafy courtyard provided a nice tranquil setting and the rooms were a generous size. The adjacent convenience store and transport services are excellent.

Relaxed atmosphere, great food and the staff are very friendly and attentative, great location right on the beach away from the busier Arugam bay but still only 15-20 minutes in on a scooter or tuk tuk. , we really enjoyed our stay, thanks 😊

Location at the lonely beach near Pottuvil Point was beautiful and also way less crowded with the surrounding farmlands. Chilled hide-out compared to party-tourism at Arugam Bay main beach. We’ve even seen an elephant at Pottuvil Point. Staff and manager were super friendly, extremely helpful and took care that the place felt like home - and hands-down: best hotel food in our entire Sri Lanka round travel - looking forward to receiving your Dhal receipe :)

I had an incredible stay at Bay Dreams Place and can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming Iqbal (owner) and Ghan (cooker), who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference. The accommodation itself is top-notch. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Every detail is thought of to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience. After a long day of exploring, coming back to such a cozy and well-maintained room was a treat. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. Every morning, I was delighted by the variety and quality of the food. You can eat to your heart's content, and the best part is that the breakfast menu changes daily, so you’re in for a pleasant surprise each morning. And don’t miss the Ghan’s grilled fish at dinner—it's an absolute must! The fish is incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. It was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. I can’t forget to mention that Iqbal and Ghan took great care of me and my brother by taking us on a motorcycle ride to see the elephants over two days because we couldn't get very close on the first day. They are both very attentive and have very good hearts. On my birthday, they thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake so we could celebrate in the morning. Whatever you need, Iqbal can help you with everything, like: scooter, safaris, surfboard rental, transport and so on. Overall, Bay Dreams Place exceeded all my expectations. With its wonderful staff, excellent accommodation, and outstanding food, it's the perfect getaway. I'll definitely be returning next year!!!

We felt like home, everything is made for you to feel good, the pool is amazing, bungalows are super comfy, restaurant is really good (even the European food but also the local food not to spicy l, you can ask on demand), owners really helpful, friendly, here for you and the staff is joyful and super friendly to ! Many thanks to the owners, the staff and Joy for their hospitality. If we have the chance to come back, we’ll return for sure

Lovely hotel with amazing garden right at the beach. The staff is super super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great and very diverse, the rooms are clean and have a great AC. They are very helpful in arranging tours and giving recommendations. I forgot something valuable in the room and they did their utter best to find it and to get it back to me. 100% recommend this place and we hope to come back!

Beautiful sea views in a peaceful setting. The place feels private and is run by a lovely family who are so welcoming, kind, and accommodating - they really made us feel at home. The location is ideal if you want to be slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Arugam Bay, while still being just an easy walk into the main area. Would highly recommend!
