Loved this home stay! Jazz made me feel very welcomed and they were extremely accommodating when I arrived super early in the morning. The room is spacious and clean, very comfy beds. There is a little grocery store, taxi service stand and surf shop right next to it, all the guys were really nice and helpful and gave good tips for everything. As a woman travelling alone, felt really safe and looked after all the time. I ended up extending quite a few nights. It’s up the road, not right in the main spot, which is nice because it is more quiet in this area. Be mindful there is a mosque nearby and you might hear the call for prayer early in the morning; didn’t bother me though. Would recommend!

This is PARADISE! exactly like I have seen it described in books. Everything is just created to make you not want to ever leave ❤️ me and my fiancé had such a great experience here. When we have arrived, we had a bad cold, and everyone has mobilized to make us feel better: pills, teas, all kinds of ayurvedic medicines were given to us to make us feel better. I felt like we were at our parents homes, and they're going above and beyond to make us feel better. Rooms: we got an upgrade to a room with bathroom and, even though we paid for the lower one, we were offered for free the upper one - very nice gesture 👍 we never slept better - ocean sound and breeze, there is a balcony for each cabana. Super clean, great design, bathrooms are big. Lovely :) The food: Italian base, I had the best pizza ever. Also, we love soup, so their chicken soup is perfect. Staff: amazing. Also, the owners are very fun and welcoming, it was a pleasure to meet them. Activities: the complex is at the ocean front. So we bathed and sun bathed, the weather was amazing. Also, you can learn how to surf, get a massage, play board games, go to safari, go into the lagoon on the beach or by boat, tuktuk to PottuVill, which is much better than Arugam Bay, being more local. I don't have enough good words for this accomodation. I am now looking at options to come back in Jan-Feb and stay for longer than 3 days 😄

The location is amazing, you have your own private access to a beach, you can hear the ocean from your room, great food with lots of options, and friendly/kind staff, the room was so peaceful, great size with four poster beds and a walk in shower, it's a beautifully made Cabana, top tip, go in February for off season to enjoy complete quiet/chilled time and avoid swathes of other tourists

When we arrived we were greeted by Mr. Iqbal, who is a very friendly person. He explained to us that they were overbooked and we were upgraded to a better room, free of charge. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the beach. In the same alley on the main road there is a small local restaurant with delicious food and the best prices in town (on google maps - Bite for break, otherwise restaurant's name is Manha Restaurant). Mr. Iqbal was very helpful, and he also explained to us the bus connections to our next destination. If you have any problem, you just call him. Also arranges scooter rental for a good price. Breakfast was delicious and varied every day. You can't go wrong booking with them!

Nice pool, large room, the accommodation is good, but a little bit expensive. Arugam Bay makes at the moment a change, the prices are getting high, when we came the last time many things changed (the restaurants and bars we knew, we’re not there anymore) and the service is for tourists

Absolutely stunning beach front hotel, pool was great with the kids, the chef was incredible - every dish was super tasty. We loved the outdoor chilling area and bean bags. Rooms were very spacious and stunning views of the ocean. And it was so close to the hustle of Arugam Bay!
