We had a very comfortable experience and felt truly relaxed as a family. The reception team was very attentive and helpful. The rooms offered an excellent environment for rest — the design, furniture, and overall layout were of a high standard. The breakfast was also rich and plentiful with a full open buffet.

It's a small family-run hostel, so it may not have a lot of facilities but what you need is provided. It's very cozy, clean and lovely. The owner and his father are really hospitable, helpful and very funny. You can see that they care a lot about this place and the guests' wellbeing. The position is just great: very close to the mausoleum and to local restaurants and markets as well as to the bus station. I definitely recommend this hostel.

I chose "Turkestan VIP Caravan", for its location, only 700m from old town (Musalla Gate), 100m from bus 15 stop and also 100m from HALYQ huge 24/7 supermarlet. It looks like the photos and feels luxurious. The living room is especially large, with a comfortable sofa. When I requested 2 small things, the owner brought them over soon after. The shower was especially luxurious.
