New and clean hotel. Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Staff were really friendly and the hotel is located next to the shopping centre. Also had good parking - would stay there again in my next visit!

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a refrigerator, washing machine and stove, so you can cook your own meals like at home. It was not far from the attractions, and it was very convenient to take the bus. There was a supermarket just a few dozen meters away, which was convenient for shopping.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly and speaks English well. The hotel looks new and modern. Breakfast was good, with a lot of choice. The hotel is situated close to the main attraction, the mausoleum. We will come back.

I chose "Turkestan VIP Caravan", for its location, only 700m from old town (Musalla Gate), 100m from bus 15 stop and also 100m from HALYQ huge 24/7 supermarlet. It looks like the photos and feels luxurious. The living room is especially large, with a comfortable sofa. When I requested 2 small things, the owner brought them over soon after. The shower was especially luxurious.
