The hotel has good facilities and is clean. It has super comfy beds and lots of pillows. I also like the toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner). The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. It's a 5-minute walk to station, where you can take buses or subways. The area is prime too, with cafes and restaurants. The breakfast is amazing. I enjoyed my stay here.

The staff were very helpful, i had an issue of having 2 separate booking and they kindly gave me some explanation and directions. There are a few convenience stores just downstairs. About 20 mins walk to KINTEX Exhibition hall, though i don't recommend walking in the summer. The room was just like a regular hotel room, but the toilet had japanese bidet

The room was clean & the staff was very friendly & even provided us a map on how to get to the stadium because they knew we were going to watch Seventeen’s NEW_ Tour ☺️ Would stay there again in the future if there’s a concert there
