Everything was great, hotel is really great, room are big and clean. Stuff are super friendly and helpful. I was with my husband really happy to stay there. Breakfast are fantastic, room was cleaned every day.

Tombo House is an incredible hidden gem in Diani Beach, Mombasa, that ticked all the boxes for me. I wanted to reconnect with nature, switch off from my devices, relax, eat good food and enjoy the tropical weather that Mombasa had to offer. Tombo House was the perfect hideaway to do that. Its grounds are incredibly well looked after, and the gardens were absolutely stunning to walk around, all well-maintained and beautiful. The room itself (Deluxe double with a balcony) exceeded my expectations - it was extremely clean, well decorated and was very calming to stay there. The bathroom was clean, as was the bedroom and hallway, and the balcony had the most incredibly mountain view with lots of trees and monkeys that came to say hello in the early morning or early evening. I was pleased that the room had mosquito nets on the windows, which meant I could fall asleep to the birds and crickets at night without getting eaten alive by the mozzies. It was also really relaxing to have the windows open when it lashed down with tropical rain! I really loved the breakfast, too. I enjoyed waking up early to enjoy a selection of fresh fruits, delicious German sweet bread (and all the condiments and jams), and the two ladies who made me delicious eggs and bacon every morning. I also loved the morning playlist in the dining area, although it did feel like groundhog day sometimes because I kept hearing the same song every day (John Mayer) but I didn't mind, it was very relaxing and I loved the songs. Great music taste by the way. I LOVED the garden with the gorgeous pool and sun beds, and the staff were incredibly helpful with everything. Thank you Nora, your partner as well for his friendliness, Eunice is the best, as is Vanessa, the two men maintaining the garden were friendly, as were the security team. Kira and the other pooch!!! I felt very safe travelling alone here and it's all thanks to you guys. Thank you. Will definitely come back again! P.S.

The staff was really friendly. Juma was mostly on duty the days I was there. On the day of arrival, he introduced me to the area and how to get to the beach and the mall. He always showed up if I asked him something. The breakfast was good. The place is very peaceful. The only minus was that there was no sea view. however, there was a brisk sea breeze. The place was not on the beach but near the beach. I can recommend this place and next time I will book this accommodation when I come to Diani beach. Close to everything I needed. The shopping center has a lot of restaurants and you could easily move from one place to another with a tuk-tuk

Some places are so magical that it seems to suspend time and disconnect you from the world. Our stay at Kitu Kidogo was one such enchanting experience I shared with my Mum and Sister. The Villa itself is a work of art, blending natural beauty with thoughtful design—rich wooden tones, rugged stone accents, and lush greenery all around. The pool, serene and inviting, offers the perfect spot for a peaceful swim under the stars, even late into the night. Sharing meals on the terrace, accompanied by playful monkeys, added a touch of whimsy to each moment. Waking up to delicious pancakes before strolling to the breathtaking, powder-white sands of Diani Beach was pure bliss. The seamless check-in and check-out made the stay effortless, while the sense of privacy made it truly unforgettable. I will surely return to this little slice of paradise.

Fantastic boutique hotel set in a tranquil part of Diani Beach. Modern and clean rooms, very spacious and we even had a beautiful sea view. We were on a full board plan and for foodies with an appetite, this was amazing. Great variety of food and the quality was fantastic. Lovely cocktails as well. The hotel is literally steps away from the sea and in a private compound, so felt safe at all times, means you don't get hassled by any people trying to sell you stuff whilst relaxing. Even then, this part of Diani Beach is definitely more peaceful than further south where there are more large resorts (so the sellers tend to focus their efforts there). Finally I must mention the excellent service from everyone here. Jas and Selma welcomed us to the hotel very warmly and were on hand to assist with any of our queries throughout our stay. Whenever we wanted to arrange to do any activities eg water sports, massage, etc - this could be done via Mercy at reception! And not to forget all the friendly and fun restaurant staff (special shoutout to Jason). Thank you all again!

Position, architecture and service

A wonderful little Garden of Eden! Sparkling cleanliness everywhere, including the pool, the garden, the yard, etc. Delicious breakfast, tastefully served, comfortable bed, unlimited coffee, tea and drinking water. Paper handkerchiefs, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, air freshener, etc. in the bathroom. everything you could possibly need. The lady owner and all members of the staff are very kind and helpful. The owner drove us to the local bus in his own car. ☺

We loved our stay at Peekaboo. Employees are very friendly and make you feel like at home. Rooms are super clean. Breakfast is delicious with lots of fresh fruit. They clean the pool daily and you can use it all day. To the beach is only 10 min walk.

The staff is amazing the boutique hotel is very neat and quiet.

The first resort in Africa..where are.worked 10/10. Great professional staff..all just perfect.
