Our favourite house in Japan and wish we could stay longer. The room was so spatial, modern and well kept. Bed and linens are extremely comfortable. Washing machine and dryer are available. Netflix is also a plus. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The host Tomoko was excellent cook and host. We were allowed to check in ourselves around 2pm as she was not around. We just pick out the bed that was free. This is excellent service and ingenuity. The yen 1000 dinner was excellent and yen 350 onsen next door 3 stars Hotel Towadoso was excellent

The interior is a little dated and the rooms a bit retro, but it is very quiet, inexpensive, has beautiful surroundings, and a great selection of onsen. In the evening I used the outdoor onsen and enjoyed the full moon. The next morning I used the indoor and met some friendly locals.

Needed somewhere to skip the night after the Towada Hanabi - wished I'd've stayed for longer. Bed was exceptionally comfortable - as if Hypnos himself had come down to lull me to sleep. AC could be controlled via buttons next to the bed. Private bathroom, albeit somewhat cramped. Close to the central bus stop. Free toiletries at the reception. Breakfast was different from what I knew, but it was lovely nonetheless.

This was a convenient place to stay when visiting Towada city to view the wonderful Towada Art Centre (highly recommended, by the way). We had hoped to view the museum with the evening lighting display, however it was very rainy that evening and opted to stay in the hotel. We were happy that the hotel had a restaurant serving meals for dinner and also an ample included breakfast.
