Love this place, the owner was so friendly. Not much English but was no issue. The room was lovely, great onsen. 1000 yen for breakfast was worth it.

The most amazing location - it's in the middle of the woods and next to a river - the location is simply amazing! Wish we stayed there longer. The smell of the pine trees, the forest and the river is probably the highlight of the stay. The location is very peaceful and you can see the stars properly if you go for a night walk. Well equipped - small kitchen with all you need for cooking, fridge, TV. Short drive to Tairyuji Ropeway

"Wonderful stay! The traditional Japanese breakfast was absolutely delicious. The onsen is located in a beautiful natural setting, very relaxing and authentic. The staff, although not very fluent in English, were incredibly kind, communicative, and efficient. Everything was perfect – highly recommended!

I stayed at this accommodation during the Shikoku Henro pilgrimage. I highly recommend it. The lady who runs the hostel is very nice and hospitable. The entire facility is very clean.
