Every aspect of our experience was exceptional. The traditional Japanese room was spacious, serene, and perfect for our family of four. It was beautifully maintained, blending comfort with authentic Japanese aesthetics. One of the standout highlights was the exquisite kaiseki-style dinner and breakfast. Each dish was a work of art, showcasing seasonal ingredients with refined flavors and elegant presentation. It was a culinary experience we won’t forget—every bite reflected the care and tradition behind Japanese cuisine. The onsen was another highlight—clean and soothing Most importantly, the hospitality here goes above and beyond. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We felt truly cared for, like guests in someone’s cherished home. Hakone Fura is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return.

A wonderful place, with beautiful hosts. Really did not want to leave. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean. Our hosts were such lovely people. They made us feel welcomed. Provided us with extensive information on the area and what to do. Plus they booked us into a local restaurant for dinner. Thank you and hope to see you in NZ soon.

The King Deluxe Room is massive. Ours was facing Mount Fuji so waking up to a beautiful view was a treat. Free parking if you have a car. Buffet breakfast was great. Brand new hotel with great amenities.
