Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The meals are convenient. Dining room staff super friendly and helpful. This is the second occasion when rooms were sold out on my desired dates, and both times I was notified of a cancellation that allowed me to stay the desired dates. Room was comfortable with all amenities required. For a Japanese hotel room, it felt spacious and airy. Heating was good for a cold night. Free microwave noodles meal was tasty.
