We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at Miho's house. We regret not staying longer...... but I'm sure her house would be booked out! We were made to feel at home, everything was perfect, we were comfortable + it truly felt like a home away from home staying with family. We would love to visit again! Do yourself a favour + include the dinner + breakfast - Miho's freshly prepared food is nutritious + tasty. I actually cannot speak high enough of our experience here. We will miss Miho + her daughter Hanna! My boys + husband loved their stay too. So much fun. Miho also gave wonderdul recommendations for restaurants + local gems we would never have known about. Absolutely incredible, beautiful area. Comfortable futons. Beautiful interior design. Big, spacious house. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and gave us lots of advice on what to do and where to go. We had an absolutely incredible stay.

We loved everything! Our host was beyond helpful, nice and available, he made our stay like being with a friend/family in an old home out in the country, alongside mountains, a crystal clear river and an olds shrine. As I expect many guests do, we added on an evening meal and our host was more than happy to share his culinary expertise and allow us to join in on the preparing process for a most amazing meal. Japan can be busy, but here outside of Shimanto city it was country life-style, waking up to birds (and the owner's two beautiful cats :) ) in the morning... We sincerely hope to be able to return some day.

Everything- the twin room was great with lots of space for Japan, and a sofa. Checkin was easy, lots of parking and shops nearby. It’s a new hotel, very clean, has an on site laundry and good breakfast.
