We had the private unit family room with bathroom that was very spacious and clean. Typical Japanese accommodation with futon beds. Good place to have a rest before taking the plan. Hosts were very clear and answering for the check-in procedure, it was super easy, thanks.

Perfect location - just a three minute walk from terminal 1. Rooms are spacious, quiet and great for that bit of rest before a long international flight. All the amenities are in place. The atmosphere (next to a river in the mountains) is fantastic. We stayed in a room with a private outdoor bath that overlooks the river in absolute privacy. The onsen water quality is very good. The room was large (16 tatami) and the futons very comfortable. The area is very quiet - only the whisper of the aircon and the pump of the outdoor bath could be heard at night. Women get to pick yukatas upon check-in to suit their style and size. We paid for half-board, which included a very sumptuous kaiseki meal in a private tatami room. The food was absolutely exceptional, and included drinks such as high-end sake. Breakfast -- traditional Japanese -- was also very delicious. The hotel provided a shuttle service from and to Hineno station, making the travel experience very easy.
