She was very nice and kind, fluent in english so you can get a lot of help in english. Also veru enthusiestic tl guest, so you can enjoy talk with her. The accomodation is remodeled old japanese house. So you can feel the mix of old and modern japanese house. Even I visited at night, she help me to find where to eat dinner and gave me a ride. Also there is a nice river to walk through Sakura.

The hotel is very clean, rooms are a decent size and have good sound insulation. The shower room was bigger than expected and there were good amenities. Check in and check out was easy, can be done via machine which is useful for international travellers. Staff were very helpful
