Our recent stay at this new hotel was truly delightful. The hotel itself was beautiful, offering a very pleasant ambiance. We found the rooms to be incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly stood out was the fantastic service provided by the staff, who were attentive and helpful. Good location in town. Staff (very nice) made parking hassle-free for us. Cheap and easy laundry service. Breakfast was limited on western options but good selection of Asian food. Overall, good value for money. While there isn’t that much to see in the town it has some good dining options and it’s a handy base for visiting the Shikotsu-Toya region.

This is a small hostel with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere, it is very clean and the host very kindly let me put my bike in the entrance area. We were able to use the kitchen area to cook and eat. I had a single room which was quiet and had aircon/heating. There is a laundry, shops and bars/restaurants very close by.
