Very spacious room, with a huge bed. The onsen was not on site, but in the nearby town, for which we got free entry. Even though it is quiet due to the location in a forest, the walls had sound-proofing, making it a very relaxing experience. Huge breakfast with a lot of local variety.

Wonderful place to stay very comfortable and all services. Owner was very friendly, he prepared the house to us, removed the snow and put heater. Incredibly kitchen full equipped. And all house extremely clean.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Checkin and checkout were v seamless and no waiting time. Location is close to airport and car rental which is most convenient.we stayed the night and next morning walked 10mins to the car rental to pick up the car. The beds are comfortable and the room.spacious with small kitchenette. The Toto brand toilet is superb. no need to bring shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, everything is there for use.

Close to transfer to airport. Very easy to navigate even though we have not travelled to Japan before. Friendly staff, very clean and quite. Pillow library was fantastic we chose comfortable pillows and had a sound night's sleep. Restaurant right next door.

Great location and nearby to malls. Modern hotel with reasonably size room. Public bath and free parking available. JR station is close by for those who take the train. Helpful staff who gave us a list of recommended eating places. Nice pantry area where you can have free tea/coffee.

Great Hotel. We liked the location near New Chitose Airport. The staff were courteous and also offered us an upgrade as we were staying for 2 nights in two separate itineraries. The hotel offered free parking & is close to many shops in the neighborhood. We liked our stay at the hotel.

Free breakfast is a plus point although just a basic breakfast provided. The location of the hotel is good as it is just next to train station. Those with car rental can park the car at opposite car park building and it is free. It is just 15 minutes away from airport or rental car return.

the location was compatible, close to the airport, easier for me to have a quick stay before i make my way out to other parts of hokkaido. close to my car rental company as well. its off season, so it was not packed at the parking lot. room was very comfortable with all amenities required. amazing space and kitchen.

We liked the central location, the friendly staff and good breakfast. The hotel was within walking distance from restaurants and Aeon was just across the street. Free parking was available just at the car park next to the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
