The entire staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. In particular, Marwan ( manager), Rami( excursions and driver), Nour(reception), and Meshal( housekeeping).Rami was exceptional and instrumental in every way possible. He drove us to amazing places throughout Jordan and educated us in every location. His knowledge and choices of delicious restaurants is excellent! He was a perfect, positive, friendly addition to our time in Jordan and made the entire trip even more memorable. I absolutely 100% recommend this hotel. It exceeded my expectations, as did the staff. Thanks a million to Marwan, Rami, Nour, and Meshal for all of your help and assistance. You are all 5 stars and excellent in your work!

We stayed for 5 nights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The aircondition was effective and very quiet. The room was quiet with no street noise. The breakfast was typical Jordanian and good (the halva nougat was fantastic). But best of all was the staff and owner. We felt so welcomed and were so well taken care of, especially by Hadi who was so thoughtful and polite. We received a lot of recommendations for restaurants and sights from the staff and owner. Everyone spoke excellent English, which made it all the more easier. This is not a given in Jordan. We had a wonderful stay in Amman, and the staff at Sandra Hotel made our stay even better. Excellent location with walking distance to many attracttions and fantastic restaurants. There is a small shop just across the street for convenience. Bottled water is readily available from reception. We would definitely stay here again!

This hostel really feels like home after 3 days. The atmosphere is really familiar. It was the best start for our trip we could wish for. The rooms are super comfortable, cosy and clean. The staff is really nice and helpful with all you need. There are a lot of optional trips and experiences you can book additional if you wish (like trips to the dead sea etc.). We often cooked together with them and other travelers, exchanged stories and experience and did a nice day trip. Even though you have the best and lively hostel life it is really quite in the rooms and also a good place if you need a rest from the big city life outside. We definitely come back.

I highly recommend this hotel. They are perfectly located (in a very nice and quiet area, ten minutes stroll to Rainbow Street with lots of restaurants and shops). The staff is so friendly, the hotel is super clean. The rooms are the best. We got a family room - with two big bedrooms, kitchen, living, bathrooms … The breakfast was amazing!!! We really liked everything.
