Wonderful apartment very big and beautifully decorated. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10. Shops with delicious pastries, a pizza takeaway and very nice coffee shop are all very close. Walking to downtown took us about 8 minutes. Lot's of free parking on the street.

First and foremost this place is in a great location in walking distance of the cascate. We were unsure at first as it's close to the road but the rooms were double glazed so we slept soundly. Everything about the room was quality, from the furniture to the fixtures and fittings. All felt new, well maintained and very clean. Topped off by the friendly hosts who offered lots of useful local advice.

I loved this holiday stay. It provided me with everything I needed as a solo traveller, unfortunately I could only stay one night. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, cooking condiments, cereals, juices, water, pastries, coffee, milk, even ice-cream! The air con was efficient, the Wi-Fi signal was strong, the sound-proofing must be good because I hardly noticed any external noise. There is a parking space directly in front of the property, great for a couple of motorbikes or a smaller car. I would highly recommend this property in this very lovely old town...

Very organized, responsible home owner. Appeared shortly after our arrival call. The apartment is cozy, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a shared living room. We had very quiet neighbors. I really liked the balcony-terrace. Attention to interior details can be felt in all spaces. The apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable, there are bathrobes in the bathroom, all kinds of tools in the kitchen, city maps are provided. The breakfast set is OK.

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful area. Nice room. Secure Parking. Fair price. Friendly and helpful couple. I was on a long road trip and my car had some problems. They were so helpful to call a mechanic (since I don't speak Italian). @Donatella: The cables for the spark plugs were broken btw - I had them replaced the next day in Slovenia and made the trip to Georgia without problems. :)

Lovely B&B run by a lovely couple away from the busy city centre. The room was clean and reasonably well maintained. Secure parking for our motorcycle was perfect and we were given gate keys to come and go as we please. There are numerous restaurants and a good supermarket nearby.

Daniela was there to meet me, show me where to park the car and how to get into the building and up to the 4th floor. The apartment was perfect just like the pictures, very comfortable, very homey. It was well equipped with everything. The grocery was downstairs, the pizzeria & gelateria across the plaza and a coffee shop and fruit market across from the parking lot gate. Terni was a very walkable city. Easy walk to and fro the train/bus station.

The place is clean and comfortable. We stayed for 2days and a night. There are lots of free parking around. The property owner was very accommodating and kind and helpful. He suggested places to visit around. He made us feel like we’re home.

A most charming host welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed, including where to find the adapters for UK plugs and explaining a bit more about Terni. Apartment itself is large and equipped for longer stays, which we did not really get to use, stying only one night. Bed is comnfy, there is aircon, bathroom is nice, there is fridge. Free parking in the yard.
