The room was in a perfect location in the city-- in the city center. It was close to everything. Although the town itself is charming and older, the room was ultra-modern, and I felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel. The host was lovely, as were the women who cleaned. They even left croissants and snack food as well as coffee. Overall it was lovely.

This is a small, but very modern, facility -- with just a few rooms. If Andrea is not onsite, he will send you a WhatsApp to secure your passport/ID, and to send you the instructions for opening the gate, parking your car, and entering your room. His instructions are clear and accurate. He will also send you instructions for check-out via WhatsApp. Again, check-out instructions are very clear. You can simply see , Attention was paid to every detail in the room. Many mirrors , so clean yet you can see a dust on them. Only one advise , Fly net would have been nice on the window if there was. Giuseppe is as real gentleman. Was lucky to meet him. Good location , Easy parking , 10% discount at near by Nice classy restaurant with good wine list as well as the food. Full mini bar with a bottle of Presecco was a nice touch. And all was for very reasonable price. If i ever go again to Sardinia , i wouldn’t mind to book once more again.

Great breakfast and very easy to get to the bus and train station. The tram stopped very close to the apartment. The historic centre of Sassari was within easy walking distance. Carla was a fantastic host. She answered our questions quickly and access to the apartment was very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed talking to Carla and learning about Sardinia.

Very beautiful and clean apartmant, with everything we needed. We got also fruits, drinks, cakes and breakfast. The owner was very nice and helpfull, answered very quickly in our language. Only 5 minutes walk from city centre but we had every day free parking near around. Perfect!

The host was very responsive and sent clear instructions for picking up the keys and accessing the indoor parking. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring nearby local attractions and beaches by car. Our kids especially loved the fast Wi-Fi and the TV, which allowed them to watch their favorite shows.
