This home was the perfect overnight stay between the airport and lake Como, only 10 min walk from train station. The host was so so helpful and accommodating after my flight was delayed 2 hours and I didn’t arrive until 1am, she waited up to greet me and make sure I got into the property ok (otherwise I would have slept on an airport bench!). I was very grateful! The studio is very simple but lovely, the host kindly provided tea/coffee, milk, water, juice and some breakfast snacks.

We were just passing through and stayed for one night, but everything was perfect. The apartment was easy to find, and we were able to park right in front of it. Since we stayed over the weekend, parking was free – just keep in mind that there is a fee during the week. The apartment was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The self check-in process was clearly explained and worked smoothly. Communication with the host was excellent – he always replied quickly. We were also allowed to check out a bit later, which we really appreciated. The apartment is highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in authentic surroundings We had a truly lovely stay at the Black and White apartment. It’s located in a charming area where you can experience a genuine, authentic Italian lifestyle – peaceful, harmonious, and local. If you want to feel the real Italy, we can warmly recommend this place. The apartment is situated in the town of Saronno, perfectly located near Milan, Como, and Arese, which is home to Italy’s largest shopping center. This makes it an ideal base for exploring both city life and nature – while still being able to return to a quiet, relaxing space. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos – clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. There wasn’t a single thing to criticize. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the bedroom is spacious with a large, comfortable bed. The host, Alessandro, is fantastic. He welcomed us warmly and was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. You instantly feel at home and comfortable. And the price is a big bonus – you get amazing value for your money. A stay of this quality at such a low cost is rare to find. If you want to experience authentic Italian life in a modern, comfortable apartment, close to all the popular cities but still in a quiet area with no stress about parking – then this is the place. We give our warmest recommendation to Alessandro and his apartment!

Very nice clean hotel. It has convenient underground parking, well planned, so you can drive in a large car without any problems. The room is large, renovated, everything is clean, the bed is wonderful, the plumbing is excellent. It is clear that the hotel is well maintained. Breakfast is very tasty and varied.
