This was the most beautyful and most amacing time we ever experienced. From the first moment when we arrived with our car in front of the hotel already the Reception and logguage personal have welcomed us and helped us open the doors and took care of our logguage and car. They were so friendly and super professional at the same time and we felt really welcomed and that they where really happy to have us as guests. Then for Lunch we stayed at the hotelrestaurant where the cheff de service was giving us a again so very beautyful and friendly welcome and took care about so many detail to make us feel in heaven and as two real royals. He made sure to play just the perfect matching music in the perfect volume in the background, he gave us such a wonderful table at the window with the most beautyful view just like in a dream of italy. Then during the luch and alltimes when we where in the restaurant he and all his colleagues have been maximal enthusiastic and angaged and made theyre work look like an elegant beautyful symphonia and allways beeing superpolite and happy and friendly. And the cooking of my pepper beef filet in front of our table by the cheff de service was a peace of art to watch and to eat with highest pleasure! Thank you again so much for the most wonderful time and this most excellent service to the whole team of the hotel and reastaurant! You have been by far the most beautyful days on our whole italy travel-vacation!

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, with lots of space to unpack. You can tell this place is well looked after with all the fine details thought through from the gorgeous terrazzo flooring to everything you could need in the kitchen. In a very central location everything is within walking distance and a lovely bakery just across the road. Patricia was very helpful giving us a rundown of the place as well as some helpful recommendations for the area. Would very gladly stay again and recommend to family and friends.

We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this hotel! The lovely guy at the front desk assisted us with car parking when we arrived, a quick check-in process and the room was super clean, comfy and quiet. Beautiful decor inside of the hotel. A short walk to a bunch of restaurants in town, the water, and easy access to the bus to Portofino. The onsite breakfast options were superb and all staff were so lovely, nothing was ever too much trouble!

The property is well located, right in the centre, close to the shopping and restaurants area, with a free parking nearby.

The hotel approach is smart and an attractive albeit fairly busy tree-lined road. Reception is smart. and breakfast area is very good, wide choice of foods. There is a lift which is handy for luggage. The cleaning staff are rapid and efficient. There is free parking to be found around the streets adjacent (white boxed spaces only without an "R" - these are resident's.). No need to pay for valet parking at € 20 per night. We stayed in September so still fairly busy. Nice to have a roof terrace - see notes below on this...
