Very nice, renovated apartment located just outside of the old, historic centre of Rieti, a stone's throw from the Museo Civico, and quite near to the Velino River. Best for a couple or a couple with one or two small children who will sleep together on the pull-out sofa-bed. The apartment is very comfortable with lots of seating, a great kitchen, and it is easy to keep cool on a hot day.

The house was a cosy, located close to the heart of the evening activities. A party of 4 could stay here comfortably as there are separate places for TV and sofa, and even a kitchen. Every room is adequately heated. The bed was comfortable and I had a nice warm blanket. The water heats up quickly - so important on a cold night. The area comes alive especially at night, with restaurants and cafes. Carrefour is close by as well. Tatiana, my hostess, took very good care of me throughout my stay. I arrived early but did not have to wait long to be checked in as her husband came to check me in. That night was cold and when I asked for help to raise the temperature in the house, she arrived quickly to reset the temperature with her husband's help. From arrival, Tatiana sent me various suggestions of places to eat, snacks, desserts, and helped to connect me with people for various activities, and gave me advice on transportation. When she heard I wanted to visit a sanctuary that was not easily accessible, she took me there the next day and even helped me with the translation during the tour. In short, she treated me like a friend from out of town rather than a guest at her B&B. When we caught up in Rome a few days later, she continued to show me around. She and her warm family members (I met her husband and son) will remain one of my best memories of Italy.

Great location, free parking on the street, but when no space, there is a public underground parking available for a fee. Hotel staff very nice. Good value for money. Excellent for weekend away.

Amazing place in wonderful park. Tranquil and stunning. Staff extremely friendly and helpful in every aspect. The room was impressive and large and so was the bathroom. Everything was just perfect. Dinner in the garden, breakfast on the third floor terrace (with stunning views). Plenty of parking. And the suitcases were brought up to the room (we panicked at first when we saw all the stairs). Only regret was that we could not stay longer.

Friendly welcome. Staff on hand through out. Delicious Italian breakfast. Rooms refreshed daily. Secure location. Easy access. Good parking available. Within walking distance of Rieti. Very comfortable.

This hotel is in a lovely old building it’s extremely clean, bed was comfy, it’s pet friendly and staff pointed out some free parking right outside the building.
